Small world!
I just heard from the author of The Secret Language of Birds! A friend of a friend of a friend, she said, mentioned my post about finding her book. :) She's working on a bird tarot herself, due out next spring or maybe even winter. :)

In other news, Finn had an awesome nap this morning, but is already cranky again. *sigh* I'm trying very hard to eat some food. I got the shopping I'd mentioned I had to do done (and found excellent deals) and set up my doctor appointment for Thursday afternoon. And I suspect that's where today's productivity ends. *wry*

It's a bit of both, I suppose. :) Mine, using the Ogham as it does, is distinctly different to start with. Also, selling mine is only a side aspect of making it...I'm mainly designing it for my own use and plan to sell copies to people if they want them, I'm not planning to try to sell it to a publisher or anything.
So, kind of competitors, but not really. :)

I think it's pretty wild that there are two of us going through almost the same thing at almost the same time. :)

He's down for a nap now...here's hoping it lasts more than 15 minutes!

i think it would be seriously nifty for you and she to bounce ideas off each other. (and i get the impression that she has more information at her fingertips, while you have more vision about the concept...)
